Welcome to VelvetNest72.space. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from VelvetNest72.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Online Store Terms
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use VelvetNest72.space in a manner that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the operation or security of the website, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information accurately.
However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
We may update product information, availability, descriptions, or other website content when reasonably necessary.
Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on VelvetNest72.space are subject to change before an order is completed.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase. Orders may be subject to payment authorization and other reasonable verification procedures.
Any taxes, duties, or other charges required by applicable law will be handled as disclosed during checkout or under our Shipping Policy.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted. We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
VelvetNest72 provides free worldwide shipping. Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, and other logistical events, may affect delivery.
Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day free return and refund policy. Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements, procedures, and additional details.
